Shipping
At Logic Smoke, we offer free shipping on all orders over $79.99 through USPS First Class Mail (which typically takes 3-7 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), and Express Mail (1-2 days). For APO/FPO addresses, we offer Standard Service shipping only (Express shipping is currently not available for APO/FPO addresses).
To protect our customers' privacy, we require that the billing address and shipping address match for orders over $49.99. The only exception to this rule is for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses; however, the billing information must still match the credit card being used for the purchase. Any discrepancies in the information may result in a delay in shipment or the cancellation of the order. Please note that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Order Status
After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via email and see a confirmation page. Be sure to print this screen and keep it handy in case you have any questions about your order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed and filled on the following Monday. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by email. Most backorders ship within two weeks.
