We ship through USPS either by First Class mail, Priority mail, or Express mail. FCM take 3 to 7 business days, Priority mail takes 2 to 3 business days, and Express mail takes 1 to 2 business days. If an order has been placed on a holiday, Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, it will not be shipped until the next business day. USPS does not enter packages that they have picked up in the afternoon until the very next morning. For example, when they pick up on Monday afternoon, they do not enter any shipping information until Tuesday morning. So please choose your shipping options accordingly.
The e-cigarette is not an alternative to smoking, but a new way to smoke. The e- cigarette is very easy to use, convenient and durable. It can be stored almost anywhere, such as a purse, pocket, or drawer. They do not have the risk of second hand smoke; they are virtually odor free, non-flammable, and cost less than traditional cigarettes.
The electronic cigarette imitates traditional smoking and is designed to look like a traditional tobacco cigarette in terms of length, width and appearance. It delivers all of the satisfaction of smoking and still eliminates the more negative effects of traditional tobacco cigarette smoke. The non-flammable e-cigarette is operated by microelectronic technology, a small rechargeable lithium battery and refillable cartridges. These cartridges contain ingredients such as water, food grade propylene glycol, glycerin, nicotine, and tobacco flavored scent. When smoking an e-cigarette by inhaling, it provides the craving satisfaction of nicotine that smokers seek. The atomizer of the e-cigarette, along with the cartridge and battery, generates the vapor mist that evaporates into the air within a few seconds after taking a drag.
When you are ready to use your electronic cigarette, just screw the atomizer into the battery and install a new cartridge. If you have a manual battery, you must hold the button down while taking your puff off of the e-cigarette and if you have an automatic battery, all you have to do is drawer off of the end of the cartridge like a normal cigarette.
If you are using a cartomizer instead of a cartridge, simply screw the cartomizer directly into your battery. No atomizer is necessary when smoking with cartomizers.
Technically yes. Since the e-cigarette is non-flammable and contains no tobacco, there is no second hand smoke and its use is not prohibited by law. Our e-cigarette customers have used the product in restaurants, on airplanes, at work and in other places where traditional smoking is banned. E-cigarette also offers a way to smoke in places where smoking is legal but may have been discouraged by friends and family, such as in cars and at home.

Most users of an e-cigarette will tell you the flavor emitted by the product replicates cigarettes; yet the odor from the e-cigarette is barely noticeable unlike traditional cigarettes that create difficult-to-neutralize smells in rooms, cars and clothing. Cartridges, cartomizers, and e-liquids come in variety of flavors ranging from simulations of popular smoking flavors such as regular tobacco, menthol, coffee, cherry, and many other flavors. The e-Liquid is a liquid used to refill the cartridges and cartomizers that has more flavor options to offer, such as vanilla, chocolate, mint, strawberry and many more.
Your e-cigarette starter kit comes with 2 batteries so you will always be able to charge one battery while using the other one. The first time you charge your e-cigarette batteries, you must charge each one for 8 hours. The average e-cigarette battery will hold its charge up to 8 hours of use for the Pen Style and 6 hours of use for the Mini. The indicator light tip will dim gradually to indicate the loss of battery charge. After its initial 8 hour charge, the battery will recharge to its full charge in about 2-3 hours. Do not leave the battery charging for more than 3 hours, as this can cause battery failure.
All it takes is 3-5 drops of your e-liquid juice to refill your cartridges. It takes about 6-8 drops to refill your cartomizers. A 30mL eliquid bottle works out to be equivalent to about 200 refills of cartridges (almost 600 individual drops).
Nicotine is an alkaloid found in certain plants, predominantly tobacco, and in lower quantities in vegetables, such as tomato, potato, eggplant and green pepper. When absorbed in small amounts, whether from cigarettes or e-cigarette, nicotine can cause stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, calmness, and alertness. The effects of nicotine can last from minutes to hours. The carcinogenic properties of in a standalone form (i.e., separated from smoking or chewing tobacco) have not been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, however current available literature indicates that nicotine in standalone form does not promote the development of cancer in healthy tissue and has no mutagen properties.
The ingredients in the e-cigarette are considerably different than those found in real cigarettes. The e-cigarette, e-cigar and e-pipe do not contain any real fire, tar, carbon monoxide or ash. The main ingredients for the e-juice in cartridges, cartomizers and refill bottles are water, food grade propylene glycol, and a slight scent to emulate the flavor you are smoking. None of these ingredients are considered to be cancer- causing agents. The Food and Drug Administration deems propylene glycol safe, and can be found in such items as soda, popcorn, cake mixes, nebulizers and inhalers. Nicotine is an optional ingredient, as you can purchase e-liquid, cartridges, and cartomizers in a “NO nicotine” level.
Cigarettes, cigars and pipe on the other hand, commonly contain tobacco, thousands of other chemicals, nicotine, glue, paper which when ignited (according to the Centers for Disease Control), can harm nearly every organ of the body, cause cancer, and cardiovascular and respiratory disease.
